The Center for Dewey Studies is actively involved in hosting and encouraging Dewey scholars and their projects. Past researchers have included esteemed academics, Fulbright scholars, independent researchers, and graduate students, as well as junior scholars. The Center began keeping statistics on its visitors in 1993. As of March 2016 there have been 789 visitors from 36 different countries.
